A consultant-led approach to orthodontics

I qualified as a dentist at King's College London with BDS Honours, and was proxime accessit to the University of London Gold Medal. I completed dental core training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at University College London Hospital and Great Ormond Street Hospital, and in paediatric dentistry at Guy's & St Thomas' Hospitals.

I then undertook specialist training in orthodontics at the Eastman Dental Hospital, qualifying with distinction and multiple national prizes, including the British Orthodontic Society University Teachers Group Prize and the Houston Postgraduate Research Scholarship.

I completed advanced consultant training at Great Ormond Street Hospital and the Royal London Hospital, obtaining a Fellowship in Orthodontics with the Royal College of Surgeons, England. I hold a consultant orthodontist post at Great Ormond Street Hospital, managing complex and medically compromised patients, and am actively involved in research.
